Bathrooms

Toilets, tub, shower, mirrors, clean walls

Bedrooms

Make beds, change linens, spot clean walls

Kitchen

Sinks, countertops, appliance exterior, microwave interior, clean cabinet doors

Move-in/move-out

Wipe out cabinets, wipe out closets

Maintenance cleans

Maintenance cleans are preformed on a regularly scheduled time frame. Usually ranging from weekly to monthly intervals.
